SHIPPING & RETURNS:
Standard shipping prices are applied at checkout through Canada Post.
International orders will be charged at the standard rate calculated in checkout. We are not responsible for any duty charges on international packages that you may be charged by your Customs department in the country of destination.
We will not accept returns on used, damaged products or lingerie under any circumstances unless there is an error on our part with your order.
If your merchandise arrives damaged due to shipping it is your responsibility to contact the post office and file an insurance claim. Here is the policy of the Canada Post Office concerning items damaged in shipping :
« We are committed to the safe handling of all mail and parcels. You can file a claim to recoup the postage and the insured value if:
- You sent the parcel through one of our trackable services with insurance coverage. These services include: Priority™, Xpresspost™, Expedited Parcel™ and Regular Parcel (insurance coverage is available for a fee).
- You are the sender. If you are the receiver, please contact the sender to initiate the claim.
- You mailed your item within the last 90 days »
They will need to see the original box, packaging, invoice, as well as the original insurance slip, which we will provide to you upon notification of your damaged merchandise. We will provide and assist you with any papers or information that you may need concerning the matter.
We do not issue refunds unless there are errors with your order on our part.
We will make our best attempt to ship your product(s) within 3-7 business days from when your order is placed. Sometimes, however, items may not be in stock. We carry in stock the majority of the objects shown on our website, however, we cannot keep a real-time stock check on all sizes and variations of every product listed. From time to time we may not be able to restock certain items. If this is the case we will contact you via E-mail and/or phone with alternative selections to your order. If this is not satisfactory we can cancel the order for you and refund you completely.
